David Ayer’s Suicide Squad cut is something that I’m sure many of you want to see. Well, we’ve recently heard some key details about the filmmaker’s cut of the movie thanks to a user on Twitter who got to see Ayer’s cut of the DC Comics movie. We’re going to go into all of those details that they revealed in this article, so you better hold onto your butts, because this movie sounds awesome!

Before we get into what the user revealed about the Ayer Cut, we have to mention the fact that the Release The Ayer Cut movement is a strong one on Twitter. However, it was never quite as strong as the Release The Snyder Cut movement, and I actually think that Ayer wasn’t in the same sort of position that Zack Snyder was. Snyder has a lot more backing and money behind him than Ayer does, and I feel as though it wasn’t quite as personal as it was for Snyder.

I’m also sure that David wanted to work with Warner Bros. Pictures again. Snyder, at least I think so, wasn’t as bothered because he knew that he could work for another studio and he’d be OK.

  • The Ayer Cut is 2 hours 23 minutes long.
  • The movie is very different from the theatrical version.
  • It has a much deeper message than the theatrical cut.
  • Jared Leto’s Joker steals the show.
  • The Ayer Cut edit is basically finished.
  • The movie’s final act needs a little bit of polishing as far as the editing’s concerned.
  • Much more of Ben Affleck’s Batman in the movie.

So, it sounds as though the movie is pretty much finished and ready to be released in theatres or on HBO Max. However, I have to say that I am now convinced that the movie is going to be released theatrically in 2023. There have been reports that a mystery DC film is going to be released next year. I have a feeling that this “mystery DC film” is going to be David Ayer’s Suicide Squad, and I think they are going to call it that.

Before this Twitter user revealed that they had seen the Ayer Cut (and this news was then confirmed by David Ayer himself), I think that this is it! This is the moment that so many of us were waiting for. I’ve been desperate to see the Ayer Cut since I learned it existed. We were told that it could be released in 2022 on HBO Max. Now, that didn’t happen, but I’ve also learnt recently that the plan was to release the movie on HBO Max, but that decision was overturned by executives at Warner Bros. Pictures.
