It’s now being rumoured that Cobra Kai’s star, Tanner Buchanan is being eyed for the role of Ice Man in the MCU’s X-Men reboot. This rumour comes from Mikey Sutton over at Geekostiy, and he has an excellent track record.
There have been many names mentioned for the upcoming X-Men reboot which is one of the most exciting upcoming MCU project. The X-Men movie rights are now back with Marvel after Disney’s acquisition of 20th Century Fox, which means that they are now planning an X-Men film.
Mikey Sutton is now claiming that Cobra Kai’s Tanner Buchanan is being considered for the role of Ice Man in a future X-Men movie, and I think that would be excellent casting. Buchanan is a terrific young actor and would make for a brilliant Ice Man.

Cobra Kai actor Tanner Buchanan is among the actors being eyed to play the mutant Iceman in the MCU. Sources have revealed to me that Iceman could be among the first X-Men cast for Disney. His debut is being discussed for an upcoming Spider-Man movie.
