Charlie Day Wants To Make A Luigi’s Mansion Movie

Charlie Day has revealed that he would love to make an animated Luigi’s Mansion movie, and I would love to watch that!

Day revealed this during a recent interview with ComicBook.com.

Here’s what he had to say when he was asked whether Nintendo and Illumination might be looking to make a Luigi’s Mansion movie:

Yeah, my son was just playing Luigi’s Mansion the other day on his Switch. Look, I’m thrilled to get the opportunity, I grew up playing Super Mario Brothers as did everyone I know so, we’ll see! It’s like anything else in life, I’ll go if I’m invited!

Luigi’s Mansion 3 was released on the Nintendo Switch not too long ago, and it’s easily one of the best games on the system.

It was revealed a while back that Charlie Day would be the voice of Luigi in the upcoming Mario movie.

Illumination is making the film, and it’s going to star Chris Pratt as Mario.

The movie will also star the likes of Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong, Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, and Jack Black as Bowser.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they end up making a whole bunch of these animated Mario/Nintendo characters movies.

There have already been rumours that Rogen will be getting his own Donkey Kong movie.

However, nothing’s been confirmed officially yet.
