It’s been revealed that Charlie Cox’s upcoming return as Daredevil in the Disney Plus She-Hulk: Attorney At Law series will not be just a fleeting cameo. This was revealed by the show’s star, Tatiana Maslany, during a recent interview with Deadline.
While speaking with Deadline at San Diego Comic-Con, Tatiana Maslany was asked about Daredevil’s role in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. She’s been keeping very quiet about how Charlie Cox’s character will factor into the show. However, the Canadian actress did reveal that it’s going to be much more than just a simple cameo.
Here’s what Tatiana Maslany had to say on the matter:
I don’t want to say anything. I just want to say that it was – I think the fans will be really happy. Because he’s amazing. He’s really amazing.

Daredevil will be more than just a brief cameo in the She-Hulk series

However, that wasn’t all that Tatiana had to say about Charlie Cox’s return as Daredevil in the She-Hulk series. In a separate interview (via HighQ), Maslany also said: “He [Charlie Cox] brings out the best in me.”
So, it really does sound as though Cox spent quite a bit of time on set. So much time, in fact, that he had a profound effect on the series’ star, Tatiana Maslany.
It’ll be really interesting to see how this all unfolds in the upcoming series. It had been long rumoured that Cox was going to be returning as Matt Murdock in the She-Hulk series, and it was then confirmed at San Diego Comic-Con via a brief shot at the end of the series’ trailer.

It does make sense to have Cox’s Matt Murdock turn up in the show since he is one of the most famous lawyers in the Marvel universe. Jennifer Walters is a pretty good lawyer herself, and I wonder whether she’ll end up seeking help from Matt Murdock on one of the cases she’s been tasked to work on.
I think that could certainly happen in the series. However, it also seems as though Daredevil will have some sort of role in the series. So, we’re going to get to see both sides of the character, which is just super exciting.
As for Charlie Cox’s next appearance as Daredevil, it’s been confirmed that he and Vincent D’Onofrio will be returning in their respective Marvel roles in the Echo series and then again in the Daredevil standalone show, Daredevil: Born Again.
