It’s been revealed that a Catwoman series starring Zoe Kravitz is being discussed for HBO Max, which sounds like a terrific idea.
This was revealed by CBR.com, and it sounds like Matt Reeves has a very interesting idea for this Catwoman series on HBO Max.
Reeves was asked about how he’s planning on expanding The Batman universe during a recent press conference.
He was also asked whether an HBO Max Catwoman series starring Zoe Kravitz was in the works.
Here’s what Reeves had to say (via CBR):
I’ve talked to the HBO Max folks. What we’re really trying to do is to launch this world. If the world embraces this, we have a lot of ideas for things we want to do, and for sure we want Selena to continue.
A Zoe Kravitz Catwoman HBO Max series sounds like a great idea!

However, that wasn’t all that Reeves had to say about Catwoman.
Reeves also spoke of the connection between Kravitz’s Selena Kyle and Robert Pattinson’s Batman in the movie.
He revealed that: “Their [Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle] relationship and what they are to each other… to me, that’s the heart of the movie, is the push-pull between the two of them and the way that she’s going to evolve, and where all of that will go.”
