Harrelson’s character is The Man From Toronto and he is a deadly assassin. Hart’s character is a goofball who just happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Hart’s character then shows up at a safe house that the Man From Toronto is supposed to be at and Hart is mistaken for the assassin. Hart’s character is then asked by the FBI to impersonate The Man From Toronto, that is, until Toronto shows up and takes Hart with him. Both characters end up getting a hit put on both of them.
