Captain Marvel 2 Might Feature X-Men’s Rogue As Its Main Villain

There are rumours that Captain Marvel 2 might feature Rogue as its main villain.

These rumours come courtesy of Lords of the Long Box who claimed that Marvel Studios have been thinking about this for a while.

According to them, Marvel Studios’ President, Kevin Feige, wants to introduce Rogue as part of a mutant terrorist group.

Feige has cited Rogue as being one of his favourite MCU characters and she is a pretty good one.

I’ve often thought that Rogue and Captain Marvel would work in the same movie.

Marvel Studios can now use the likes of Rogue in their MCU movies.

They’re able to do this after Disney acquired 20th Century Fox.

Would Rogue make a good villain in Captain Marvel 2?

This means Disney now owns all of Fox’s movie properties including the likes of the X-Men and the Fantastic Four.

This is how they’ll be able to bring Rogue into the MCU.

The last time we saw the character was in X-Men: Days of Future Past and she was played by Marie D’Ancanto.

It would be interesting to see who Marvel might cast as Rogue in Captain Marvel 2.

I also wonder how much of a say Brie Larson will have in the casting of this new MCU character.
