It’s being reported that Marvel Studios is now thinking of giving Bucky Barnes his own TV show on Disney Plus.
This report comes to us from We Got This Covered, and even though they might not be the most reliable source in the world, it does make sense.
It makes sense that Marvel Studios might want to expand Bucky’s character further in his own TV show on Disney Plus.
I’m also pretty sure that Sebastian Stan will play the role again in the upcoming Captain America 4 movie.
The fact that they announced the movie would be written by The Falcon And The Winter Soldier’s showrunner, Malcolm Spellman, leads me to believe that there might not be a Season 2 of the show.
I think, therefore, a Bucky series would make sense in that case.
He’s still dealing with some stuff and I think a lot of people would like to see him become The White Wolf once and for all.

Here’s what We Got This Covered had to say about Marvel Studios looking into making a Bucky Barnes series on Disney Plus:
Marvel Studios are said to be exploring the possibility of a solo series for James Buchanan Barnes.
They are claiming that what we say in The Falcon And The Winter Soldier as far as Bucky’s road to recovery is concerned might be only the beginning.
It seems as though he still might have things to sort out.
He might have people to save and I’d also like to see him return to Wakanda in a future series.
