Bryce Dallas Howard would be a great shout for the role of Susan Storm – aka The Invisible Woman – in the MCU’s Fantastic Four movie.
Geekosity’s Mikey Sutton is now reporting that the actress/director is in talks with Marvel Studios for the role.
Sutton says that “sources indicated Marvel Studios was seriously considering her” for the role of Susan Storm in the upcoming Fantastic Four movie.
He also adds that Marvel Studios has considered her as a potential replacement for Jon Watts as the movie’s director.
Howard has already shown that she’s more than capable behind the camera with her work on multiple episodes of The Mandalorian and a single episode of The Book Of Boba Fett.
She arguably directed the best episode of The Book Of Boba Fett.
Howard is currently in pre-production on another project called Flight of the Navigator which would be her first feature-length movie as a director.
She is about to star in Jurassic World: Dominion and I think she’s one of the most underrated actors working in Hollywood today.
However, it does seem as though Howard is more interested in directing than acting these days.
Could Bryce Dallas Howard be in line to play Susan Storm in the MCU’s Fantastic Four movie?

Interestingly enough, Mikey Sutton isn’t the only person out there claiming that Bryce Dallas Howard is in talks for the role of Susan Storm.
Popular YouTuber Everything Always also claimed in a recent video that Marvel Studios is in discussions with Howard to play The Invisible Woman in the upcoming film.
However, we do have to be cautious with these reports because this isn’t the first actress we’ve heard of being attached to the role.
There have been the likes of Emily Blunt and Jennifer Lawrence who’ve both been rumoured to be ‘in talks’ for the role of Susan Storm.
Both actresses have debunked those rumours.
However, [SPOILERS FOR DOCTOR STRANGE 2] seeing John Krasinski turn up as Reed Richard in Doctor Strange 2 did make me wonder whether Marvel also approached his wife, Emily Blunt, to cameo as Susan Storm in the movie.
I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that she turned them down.
