Brooklyn Nine Nine Season 7’s J.K. Simmons Cameo Revealed In First Look

Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 7 is now in full swing (in the US) and it’s been revealed that J.K. Simmons will make a cameo appearance.

We now have out first look at J.K. Simmons in the upcoming episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 7 and he looks awesome!

It’s been revealed by Entertainment Weekly, that Simmons will be playing a detective called Detective Dillman.

He’s a former colleague of Captain Raymond Holt and is an all-round badass.

In the first look clip that was recently shared, Jake Peralta is getting very excited because they have a ‘Whodunit’ on their hands.

In order to solve the murder, Peralta wants to bring in the best detective possible.

That’s when Holt comes up with the idea of bringing in his former colleague, Dillman, to help solve the murder.

Holt seems very excited by the idea, but Peralta doesn’t seem to be so keen.

He obviously had his own plans on who to bring in to solver the ‘whodunit’.

Maybe he thought he would be the excellent detective to solve the mystery?

As for Simmons, over the years he’s starred in the likes of Oz, Spider-Man, Juno, The Closer, and Counterpart.

We will see him next in the AppleTV+ drama Defending Jacob.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine’s recent guests include Michael McDonald, Jim Rash, Craig Robinson, Nicole Byer, Julia Sweeney, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Sean Astin.
