It’s been revealed that Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul could be in the running to play a version of Batman in Todd Phillips’ rumoured Joker 2 movie.
This rumour comes from We Got This Covered’s sources, who have a pretty hit-or-miss when it comes to these casting rumours.
There have been rumours for a while that Todd Phillips wants to bring in a version of Batman into his Joker 2 movie.
However, it’s not certain whether Warner Bros. Pictures is so keen on the idea.
They already have Robert Pattinson as Batman in Matt Reeves’ movie, and it’s not looking like this film will be linked to Phillips’ Joker movie.
Hopefully, they won’t link them, which is why this casting rumour seems to make sense to me.
According to WGTC’s sources, Warner Bros. is circling Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul to play a version of Batman in the ‘Jokerverse’.
Is Aaron Paul really going to play Batman in Joker 2?

Aaron Paul is 40 years old, five years younger than Joaquin Phoenix.
This means there are some issues as far as age in concerned.
We already met a young Bruce Wayne in the first Joker movie.
Phoenix’s Arthur Fleck was a lot older than Bruce Wayne, so the ages son’t quite match up.
That said, Paul is somewhat ageless, and I think has the acting chops to play the role.
What do you make of this casting rumour?
Do you think Aaron Paul would be a good fit to play Batman in Joker 2?
