David Harbour has come out and said that Marvel Studios and Disney should release Black Widow online due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Harbour plays Russian super-soldier Alexei Shostakov – aka Red Guardian – in Black Widow.
He has since come out and revealed that he believes the movie should be released online rather than coming out in cinemas.
The movie was delayed due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
It was initially supposed to be released on May 1st, yet that’s been pushed back.
There’s no word yet on when or even if the movie will come to cinemas.
Harbour recently revealed his thoughts on releasing Black Widow online during an Instagram Q&A.

He said: “My publisher also sent me an email saying Black Widow had been postponed and I think I replied, ‘Shocker’.
“Wouldn’t it be fun if we all could just stream it? But that’s above my pay grade.”
Honestly, it would be fun if the movie were to be released in Disney Plus.
That said, Disney and Marvel would end up losing a lot of money if they opt to release the movie via their streaming platform.
There’s also the fact that Scarlett Johansson’s been trying to get this movie made for years.
It would be a shame if it doesn’t get the cinematic release it deserves.
