Black Adam is coming out pretty soon, and its post-credits scene has reportedly been revealed. Now, before I go into this news story, I’d like to say that there are POTENTIAL SPOILERS for Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam movie coming up. OK, you’ve been warned. Now, let’s get on with this article and explain what reportedly will happen in the Dwayne Johnson DC Comics movie’s post-credits scene.
According to Giant Freakin Robot, the movie’s post-credits scene is going to Dwayne Johnson resting in his throne room. However, he’ll then be confronted by Amanda Waller (played by Viola Davis). Johnson’s Black Adam will decline to join her team, but then Superman will appear to back up Waller and try to convince Black Adam to join. The one thing they do not confirm is whether Superman will be played by Henry Cavill or not.

If this report of Black Adam’s post-credits scene turns out to be true, it could suggest the plethora of rumours suggesting that Cavill is returning as Superman in the DC Universe were true. But, not only that. The future of the DC Universe will feature some sort of confrontation between Dwayne Johnson’s DC character and whichever version of Superman is around.
The main question I have is which team does Amanda Waller want Black Adam to join? Will she want him to be part of The Suicide Squad, or will she try to get him to join one of the other DC Comics teams: the Justice Society Of America or maybe even the Justice League? Although, I’m pretty sure that Ben Affleck’s Batman is still in charge of that particular superhero team, not Waller.
Will this change the DC Universe forever?

It does seem as though Waller might be trying to build an even more secretive team than the Suicide Squad (officially known as Task Force X in the DC Universe). It seems as though Waller wants even more super-powered individuals in this new team she’s developing, and Black Adam might be a key part of that team. I’m really interested to see how all of this ends up, and how the DC Universe turns out. There are going to be a lot of changes moving forward, and it does seem as though The Rock is going to be a pivotal part of that change.
Black Adam is set to be released in cinemas in the United States and in the United Kindom on October 21st, 2022. Honestly, I cannot wait to see whether this is the movie’s actual post-credits scene. We’ll have to just wait and see.
