It looks like Amber Heard’s days in the DCEU are numbered as it’s been revealed Warner Bros. Pictures is considering removing her from Aquaman 2.
This has been a long time coming, and fans of the DC Comics movies have been demanding Amber Heard be removed for a while.
There’s a whole reason why they want her gone, and it comes down to what happened between her and Johnny Depp.
A petition to have her removed from the movie is on Change.org and it’s got an awful lot of signatures.
It’s now got over 200,000 signatures and it’s looking like more and more people are signing this petition every day.
According to We Got This Covered, Warner Bros. Pictures is now considering getting rid of Amber Heard from their DC Comics movies.
It was believed that Heard was going to be returning as Mera in Aquaman 2.
However, it’s looking like she won’t be coming back, and I’m pretty sure people will be very happy to hear this news.

It doesn’t make for very pleasant reading and the person who started the petition, Jeanne Larson details everything that happened.

Amber Heard has been exposed as a domestic abuser by Johnny Depp. In his $50 million lawsuit, Johnny Depp describes many incidents of domestic abuse that he suffered at the hands of his (then) wife Amber Heard, including one incident where she punched him twice in the face and another where she shattered his finger with a vodka bottle, and his finger had to be surgically reattached. He will bear the scar from that for the rest of his life.

I think Amber Heard should still be Mera she did a good job and I really don’t think anyone can replace her. Movie life and personal life are two different lifes. Amber Heard and Jason Minis had good chemistry. They should keep her as Mera. I’m a big fan of DC universe and I hate when they keep changing the actors to play them. I bet you Marvel universe will have a role for her. But I really hope she’s not remove from the DC universe!!! She did a good job!
Yes, I’m very happy. Being a famous person doesn’t excuse you from life. Abuse is abuse regardless of you’re a man or a woman and clearly she is crazy. She deserves all the negativity she receives. There are women out there that do things like this to men and play the victim knowing societally men are looked at as the abusers, but this has to change. Abuse can go both ways and she deserves to have charges pressed not only for the abuse but for defamation of character and lying to the police
